2001 Merc 125 Saltwater series,, seems like losing fuel when starting,, If leave shut off for about an half hour the motor seems sluggish to pick up fuel, I changed the fuel line and primer bulb, just put on a new filter and noticed there was no gas in the filter, is it posible that I have a weak fuel pump. Once she starts its fine,,
