Looking for a used carbuerator to rework.
WMC carbuerator.

The carbuerator I have has been rebuilt, but it still floods.
Any suggestions?

I am pretty sure that your existing carb should be fine. Its possible that the incorrect needle has been installed in the seat. This happens often with 20s and 25s.

Check also the diaphram in the fuel pump and primer pump.
