bad coil maybe

[RLT III]

I checked coils and they were 800+ so passed test but when I grounded to the motor with the meter and checked each coil...#3 registered and neither of the other 2 did

don't know whats going on if it's bad or what they all have spark and pass both test

any one have any ideas
