I have purchased the vesselviuew mobile module....
but do not get it installed on my phone
the application stops and says he can not install the second part
and says that I have to restart the engine
does anyone have an idea what might be going on.

I haven't set any of them up or used any that was setup. You might give Mercury Marine a call, they would be best source of information.
