2008 150 EFI Alarms

I have a 2008 150 EFI and the alarm keeps going off every two minutes, four beeps. I have replaced the thermostats and the fuel filter and checked the oil level. It appears it is overheating. My guess is the impeller. Any other suggestions?

Probably has water in fuel, check fuel/water filter for water in gas.
