Mercury Viking 10 tuning/upgrade

I'm a ovner of Mercury Viking 10 and want to get more than 15hp. I have removed the restrictor plate so now it should be 15hp.

So my question is, upgrade of Reed block and nozzle in carburetor or renewal of carburetor to one from 18 or 20hp engines?

Anyone have a suggestion for how to get the Mercury tuned to a wild thing?
