2012 Mercury 9.9 tiller to remote. Please help

I have a 2012 mercury 9.9 tiller pull start it does NOT have power trim either. I want to make it all remote control, I don't need electric start if not required. I just want to be able to steer it , give it fuel and shift forward to reverse from the steering wheel. Every place i call will not help me with out the serial number. I looked for it but the tag is gone and says void everywhere. I can install it myself if I just figure out what parts I need. Thanks in advance

There are two different kits depending on serial number,
895284A02 CONVERSION KIT, Remote Control, Manual Tiller to Manual Remote Serial# 0R192771 and below

889246A80 CONVERSION KIT, Tiller to Remote Control - Manual Start, Manual Tiller to Manual Remote
Serial# 0R192772 and up

Without a serial number it would be a guess as to which kit it would take, would also need a control box, control cables and a steering system.
