Trim problems

Hi ! I have a mercury 3.0 lts, we have replace the seals and the trim motor, now when activate the trim down came a noise like grinding and the trim have no movement. we check the fluid level and is full. Some times the trim move up but when switch down wont move but you can heard the pump running but not movement at the rams. The motor is a 225 efi 2000 and have ben sit for a year.

May have air in it, with motor trimmed up loosen manual release screw and motor go down to full trim down position, tighten release and trim motor up. Repeat a couple of times and check fluid level each time it is trimmed up.
