can i convert this engine s#1242170 manual start to electric start without to much cost. mag is missing but found a used one and need to install. any help would be appreciated, also concerned about carb jetting since the elevation change where i got the engine is about 2500 ft. send me any help or advice, did also get a service manual to help. thanks. mike
