I have a 1994 60HP, 3 Cyl. outboard that is giving us fits. When we lake test it, it idles fine. If you slowly accelerate, at about 75% throttle the RPM's drop, and it has no power. Same thing happens if you hammer full throttle from a dead stop, motor bogs down, and has no power. We have rebuilt carbs with kits, after finding someone else had poorly tried it. We have replaced stator & trigger. We found that someone had removed power head, and put tape over one side of the exhaust ports. We replace slightly damaged reeds with all new ones. No matter what, same thing continues to happen. Any thoughts?
