The other day an oar handle fell on the trim switch and by the time I noticed it, the battery was dead. Put in a new battery and the switch works to raise the engine but not to lower it.
A couple of places I called offered to sell me switches that might need some modifications to work. Does a correct replacement switch exist anymore ? Engine is a 1984 75hp Merc.
