Convert tiller to stick steer

I have a 15hp 4-stroke around 2005 on by john boat. Due to shoulder problems, I am looking to take the tiller off and go to stick steer and throttle controls. Any idea how mucha kit might cost or if there is any way to piece it together? Thanks.
