Mercury 1997 9.9 - four stroke Questions

I have a Mercury four stroke (9.9MLA45T) that I have a couple of questions on;

- is it possible to convert this motor from tiller speed control to remote speed control?

- is it possible to add an electric start kit to this motor?

- where can one obtain an owner's manual for this motor (also a Mercruiser 4.3 LX Gen +)? I tried ordering from Mercury but have had no response to the order I placed.

Yes here is the part numbers for the kits, you would also need a control box and cables for remote control operation.

I tried to locate the remote control attaching kit and the mercury web site indicated that it is not available.

Would you know where it might be available and an approximae cost for it.
