2015 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke alarm horn

Alarm horn sounding when cruising down to slow speed. Owner swapped out oil pressure switch didnt help. Is alarm for cooling system only or is it also tied to oil pressure. If alarm sounds for cooling system, does this mean the temp sensor is open, shut, or just out of range.

Overheat or low oil pressure will activate alarm. Need to check to see if engine is overheated when alarm sounds.
