Mercury Outboard 7.5 HP Ser: 06547466, Mod: 1007204. I need head bolt torque and torque sequence for the plate that surrounds the spark plugs? Also are the bolts that hold this plate just Grade 5 1/4"-20 x 1"? Thank you in advance. Dave
