Would like to convert my 2003 mercury 4 stroke from tiller to console what will i need

Use your serial number in the Mercury parts catalog. Www.mercurypartscatalog.com
Once you launch the catalog click on the drop down menu and select the diagram that shows the sections you need. It gives you the parts numbers in the parts list boxes
