Four Stroke fuel line question

can anyone tell me if a 2011 Mercury 90 hp 4Stroke EFI should or should not have a fuel Primer Bulb on the fuel line system?
Will this cause the motor to stall at low speeds and when back down the throttle?

No That model does use a primer bulb and no it would not cause any running problems. May need to check idle control valve.

Thanks for the help, the problem ended up being a bad pencil coil.
