My 2011 has been having this stumble at idle for a while now, maybe a couple years. As far as I an tell it doesn't effect performance at all. It does it at pretty much all RPM ranges, but I notice it more when idling and at load between 2-3000 or when cruising. I just replaced plugs and have a new fuel filter coming. Just wonder if anyone of the Merc guys out there can lead me in the right direction. I want to try simple stuff before I end up taking it in.

Have you checked your fuel and air pressure on the fuel rail?

Well I have it in the dealer right now for an oil pump leak which is getting replaced under warranty.
Come to find out all three injectors ground out causing the motor to quit on occasion while at idle. The mechanic said he has seen this dozens of times. The fix is to replace the injectors and I'll never have another problem. So I'm assuming that Mercury had bad injectors and fixed them. Why wouldn't they recall these injectors for new ones if it seems to affect that many engines?. $400+ a piece is kind of spendy to find out when the engine is out of warranty to fix the problem.
