I need to find out how to lower my motor and check whats wrong with it .

If power trim & tilt is working, look for the tilt lock holding the motor up. You might have to raise motor to release the lock.
If tilt lock is not on then is tilt motor not working? If not working there should be a release screw on one side of the power tilt & trim unit. If you have a service manual it will show you where it's located, and how to use it. If the battery is not charged, you should charge, or replace it. That might be the first step in fixing your motor.
