Mercury 9.9 2stroke tiller to remote controls

I got a Mercury 9.9 2 stroke . It has a serial number of 06253819. However I have not been able to use this serial number for parts lookup.. Dunno... However after guessing its age of mid 80 I browsed 9.9 manuals looking at throttle linkages and fuel line, and the carb. It matches the 1988 model for throttle linkage.

I need to convert to remote controls..
What do I need.
