How to remove carb: 2008, 15hp,4stroke

Hello! First post.

What is the easiest way to remove the carburator of my 2008 MERC, 15hp, 4 stroke.
The intake silencer dont give me access to the second bolt holding the carb to the intake manifold. The bolt hard to access is close to the engine block.
The photo can help to describe the issu. I have the parts diagram but no service manual.
