I've got a 1991 60hp mercury outboard serial # 0D054969 with tiller steering. There is no adjustment to ad friction to the steering. From what I've read there is a co-pilot kit that is used for this purpose. I can't find any part number for this kit. I even called mercury and they couldn't help me. I know they make these kits because I see them on eBay I just don't know which one I need. Any help here would be great and I thank you in advance
