w75 circuit board

Motorguide W75 is unresponsive to wireless and the battery checker doesn't work. I took the circuit board out and theres what looks like an AA battery wired to a cap that is highly corridor and I suspect this is the problem (Btw I'm not impressed with the effort to weather proof this area).

Does anyone know where I could ge. Can anyone suggest my best bet on getting a replacement circuit board?
