Just ordered a Merc 9.9 ProKicker Remote (ELPTBFPK) and mounting it beside (port) my 150 4 stroke on a Larson 1750fx fishing boat.
What else do I need? I plan on installing it myself and I want to do it right! No cutting corners...
Side mount remote unit (does this come with the o/b)?
Tachometer?
Fuel Line and Tee or other arrangement. What about a check valve, on-demand valve? What's the best way to tie in the fuel?
Steering bar. OEM? Aftermarket, Home-made??
