No tilt

Just brought a pontoon boat with a Mercury OptiMax 150 HP. Cant get the motor to tilt up, There is a switch on the motor and one on the throttle handle. doesnt
matter which switch I try the motor wont move, you can hear a clicking coming from a relay switch in the motor case just behind the tilt switch when you push either switch. Thanks

No tilt

I would try a quick bypass of the relay. If the motor works, it's the relay. If not, I would suspect bad motor.
