Any advice,
Recently repaired my engine due to overheat issue that caused a cylinder to basically, melt. It came back practically new after sending it to a machine shop. It worked fine for a couple of weeks. Now Ive changed the t-stats, poppet valve and impeller and still get the overheat temp alarm after a about 5 minutes of use in the water. Any ideas of what might be the issue? How can I clean or Flush the engine completely to get all residue and/or crud from water passage? It has a good stream coming from the pee hole but only show a 2psi from the gauge. Also water coming out is extremy hot.
Any ideas, suggestions?
