2002 Mercury 15 hp conversion

I would like to convert my 2002 Mercury 2 stroke outboard from tiller to remote control of steering, gear, and throttle. I will leave it as a manual start. I will be using it with a center console. What do I need for this?
Serial # of outboard is OT569566. Thanks!

A lot more than you would think. If you don't buy a starter and remote choke solenoid it will cost you over $600 with motor parts and linkage. Control and cables. Plus a steering system. I built my own due to the cost, but I did have a complete machine shop at my disposal.

$600 is about what I figured. For anyone who does this type of conversion using the conversion kits from Mercury, do the kits come with instructions and how big a project is it? Thanks.
