pressure gauge and temp gauge
I am looking to install a pressure gauge and heat gauge for my pontoon boat with a 50 HP 2 cycle mercury outboard. I have two places on the console to put these. I already had one power head burn up so I now want to monitor what's going on when I use it. I cannot get the alarm to work and really don't trust it.
The serial # is 0t096196 for the engine. I have two plugs on top and bottom of block where this pressure would go but I cannot find the right part I need.
I think 0-15 pounds would be enough on this engine. The temperature I am not sure where to install the sensor but I assume anywhere on the block so I know how hot this engine is running at WOT. Thanks for any help.Tom
