mercury 2001 60 hp not efi or bigfoot 4 stroke

The motor ran fine for a month then started and stalled never to start again...I cleaned carbs,has spark,has compression. But still won't respond at all even when i spray ether in carbs nothing, have taken the carbs off again soaked for a week in carb cleaner reput back together and still nothing..Checked timing and it's fine all compents show up fine with voltage..What else could it be? anyhelp would be great...

if you have done all that and still no go I would be checking ya ignition system check your relays and fuses and possibly your power pack . just do a simple spark test first
