Help please convert from an auto to tiller?

Please can some one advise on what parts I need to convert a mercury marine 2003 10 hp 2 stroke outboard engine in to a tiller set up. I have bought the tiller but the gear and throttle cables do not fit the current linkage as its set up for an auto. The serial number is: OP221745

I need to ensure I buy the right part and all of the parts. Any help would be much appreciated.
