Foot leaks a little oil from this hole?

I have a 2006 Mercury 225, 4 stroke. The motor is down in storage and I keep noticing a little oil from this hole (see pic, its above the water intake and below the fill cap.) I notice water drains from this hole when I flush it.

I had the lower unit pressure checked and fluids changed. NO LEAKS.

It takes several days for the leak to appear.

Any Ideas?
Where could the oil come from?

The picture is not clear where leak is! But if it was Pressure tested and no water gets inside it OK or just a casting flaw-use som J B Weld. It is grea lube right?
