Hi, new to the forum. I got my first Outboard. I have a problem with the plastic leaver that slides along this cresent shaped part under the pull starter. This opens the butterfly to accelerate the engine when you turn the throttle linkage from start to fast. It jumps off and stays in the closed position. Is there a fix for this. Thank You Mike
