Mercury Classic 3000 throttle control

I have a Classic 3000 Throttle Control on my 1999 pontoon. The case is messed up on it so it won't allow the throttle advance to work. I need a case replacement. Does anyone have one for sale?
Or what would be the best to replace it with without having to redo everything?

I was wondering if a Mercury Quicksilver 3000 classic throttle controller is interchangeable with the Classic 3000. Does anyone have any information on this?

Parts for that control box are no longer available, could replace it with new 4000 panel mount for around 300.00
