90 HP EFI trouble

Well still struggling with my motor problem. Tried separate small gas tank to motor. still problem. Runs great start out at any RPM but after motor been running for while starts to wanting to die. first few times put back to neutral will reset it self and RPM normal but eventually will do again this time won't reset and die out. it will restart but shake and shake and die. if you let it sit for about 30 or 40 minutes will start and run but after 30 to 40 mins will act up again. replaced float, regulator, reg tube, starter, plugs air filter, gas filter. still same problem. HELP FRUSTRATED
