I have a 05 15 hp 4stroke Mercury. SN Ot987569. The carb was leaking so I bought the Mercury kit. It doesn't have any of the parts for the accel pump that was leaking. I called Mercury and they had a separate diaphragm and plunger and some other parts but no small o-ring seals for the bottom plate, they don't even have a part # for them. I had to buy them from a Tohatsu dealer. I also bought a complete LU for $1000. and it leaked oil out on the ground. Mercury would not help me in any way, and after 2 weeks of talking to Everyone I disassembled it and found they sheared the o-ring on the carrier, a $3.00 part. I guess all good things come to an end. Will they correct these problems?
