1985 Mercury 25xd

Trying to find a part for my 25xd the parts # is 12863a 1, control platform. I have search the web and ebay. This parts fits many mercury and marines from 1984 to 94. you would think there would be a few out there some where. Thought I would give you guys a try, maybe someone has a parts motor laying around. I need this part and basically almost everything that go's on it. I paid 300 for the motor controls and console and it needed a little TLC but its running good now. I have it on a 14X36 flat bottom and with the console I list to the side a little lol. trying to go to a tiller steer. Here's a link to the motor running 1985 mercury 25xd pt2 - YouTube.
