Mercury 90hp 4stroke

I have a Mercury 90hp 4stroke, serial number 1B695128 on a pontoon boat. The boat will take off and run for a short distance then starts to lose power and I can pump the bulb and it will pick up and run again. Is it one of the fuel pumps in the fuel pump module? Possibly the low PSI pump?

Could be as simple as the fuel filter, If not and you can prime it back to power then I would go after the lift pump. Let us know what you find, Ski
