1988 9.9 tiller to remote, choke install

How do you install the choke solenoid on a 1988 9.9. I am changing from tiller to remote and can't find where to bolt the solenoid.
This has the choke primer carb.

Best I can remember it bolted to top of carb to push down on plunger.
