2000 25hp mercury tiller to remote

My motor is a 2000 25eh sn# OT111058 2 stroke electric start non tilt nd trim
I need to know which parts are needed for the entire swap I need to go from tiller to remote control thanks

Remote control attachment kit and Side mount remote with key switch and 15ft harness
Will also need two 897977A__(replace __ with length cables needed) control cables.

isnt there supposed to be a steering assembly also? all i see is the under cowl remote change for the throttle and the remote control setup is that really all i need with two of the cables?

The conversion kit includes steering hook to connect to a steering cable, you would need to buy a steering system and install in boat.
