2004 Outboard 25 hp efi will not shut off

Replaced ignition wiring; worked fine 4 to 5 times, now will start but not turn off.
Have to disconnect gas lines to stop. Suggestions?

Do I need to replace electronic card?

Check ignition switch and check main harness between ignition switch and engine(may have broken wire in side harness)
