8hp mercury 2 stroke

I hope someone can help me. lol. i have a 1994 8hp mercury 2 stroke and i need to replace the lower seals. i have a milky color when i changed the oil. i have never done it before. can someone tell me what to look for on ebay as far as seals and if anyone has a video or step by step instructions on doing it. my motor does not have a manual or anything. so im doing this blind. all the shops around em want around 120 dollars an hour. please help thanks.
