Optimax Head Bolts?

Anyone know what to torque the head bolts to on an 01 150 Opti? Also is the anything to know about installing this rubber head gasket setup? Do I coat them with anything first?

The manual I have says 30lbs then turn an additional 90 degrees. My concern is that the picture shows a normal one piece gasket and I have four pieces

That is correct torque. Don't need to put sealant on orings.
