2005 6 hp Outboard Stalls

I am a new boat owner and on my boat I have a 2005 6hp Mercury outboard trolling motor. It starts up fine but after it warms up and I get it past half throttle it bogs down and dies. I changed the fuel filter thinking it was being starved but it doesn't seem to be the case. When I put it in gear about quarter throttle it dies down. I've tried a little carb cleaner and even light shots of it bog it down. I am perplexed at what the problem could be. Thoughts?

Probably need to remove and clean carb.
