89 100hp 3 ram trim unit

I just bought a 89 100 HP that's been sitting for three years and everything work good except the outside seals on all three tilt trim cylinders need to be replaced. Is it possible to just replace these 3 seals or do I need to reseal the complete unit.

Can get seals for trim rams(short rams) but not the tilt ram, would have to replace it.
