2002 Mercury 40hp thermostat

I am new to this forum.
I have a 2002 Mercury 40hp attached to my 2002 Boston Whaler 130!!

I need to find a thermostat for the engine but when looking online they are non-existing.

My engine numbers are: 40ELPTEFI OT583468

Also, is it easy to remove and replace once found?!!
