Hello, I have a 2008 Mercury outboard 90 4 stroke EFI. It will not idle at low rpm (dies) and at higher rpm it sputters and smokes. So far I have changed both fuel filters, all 4 spark plugs, the IAC valve, and completely isolated the fuel tank from the motor and ran with fresh fuel. To no avail. Also the fuel pressure is reading 45 lbs. at the hp bleed valve. Can anyone help?
