I'm in the middle of replacing the transom on my Sea Nymph "Fishing Machine" and would like to make the switch from tiller control to console steering/throttle/shift. Electric start seems way to expensive so I'm trying to get a part list for switching to console steering/throttle/shift. The tiller is a flip up type tiller with the shift/start/neutral/reverse handle on the tiller. The model # of the motor is
0C196683 (zero not an O). I'm having a hard time figuring out what parts I would need to get from this site and could really use some help.
