Botton cowling trim Switch?

I would like to modify my 2006 Mercury 9.9 kicker, model 1F104552FK, to add a trim switch to the bottom cowling.
Is there a switch that would be easier the splice into the existing trim unit and to mount in a hole that I would cut in the cowling? Any suggestions on the switch to order and wireing harness/diagrams would be appreciated.

You would have to splice into wire coming from trim switch in control before they go into trim relays on engine, red=12volts, green=trim down, blue=trim up.
