My 115 Mercury outboard is hard to start first thing. It starts and runs fine thereafter. I have checked the enrichener valve EV) by first checking flow into the EV using the primer bulb. I then checked with the EV closed and it did not allow fuel through. I then opened the EV (both manually and electrically) and was able to pump gas through the EV using the primer bulb. Right now I am thinking the EV is functioning properly but it is acting like it is a fuel problem. Any ideas for cures to my cold start woes? Thanks for any help you can provide.
