I just purchased a 1994 Bayliner 1401 Jazz. Need I say the engine is a horror show.
I am looking at the bottom of the drive housing. There are two 1/2" dia flat head screws.
The first one is aft and offset from centerline near the shaft. With a slight turn it leaks a greenish-blueish thick oil.
The second is forward and to port of center line on the drive housing and can leak a darkish oil akin to used automobile oil.
Simply put, where can I find out what's going here? What purpose do these two fluid serve? How do I refill them?
Any explanation and direction would be appreciated.
